Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and automated systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new machinery and system upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repair logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve systemic issues affecting production efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a secure working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections to detect potential issues and recommend proactive solutions.
- Support emergency repair tasks and provide on-call assistance as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and equipment calibration.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
- Basic proficiency in English for communication and documentation.
