Responsibility
- Assist in coordinating daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to logistics and manufacturing processes.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth workflow and timely delivery of services.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in procurement processes to support production and distribution needs.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and communication with stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to initiatives that enhance operational productivity.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards in all operational tasks.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or logistics support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic data management tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset to address operational challenges.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software is a plus.
