Responsibility
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets in the food service and HORECA sectors.
- Support daily operations, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and customer interactions using company systems.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for business growth.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards in all operational processes.
- Provide administrative support, including report generation, data entry, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations, sales, or customer service within the food industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and client interactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM or ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and non-halal food handling practices is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
