Responsibility
- Assist in the day-to-day management of hospitality operations, ensuring alignment with company standards and guest expectations.
- Coordinate with department heads to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Support the training and development of staff to enhance service quality and team productivity.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and vendor relations to ensure cost-effective and timely supply of resources.
- Assist in budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting for operational activities.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote services and enhance guest engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Proficiency in using hospitality management software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.
- Knowledge of local tourism trends, regulations, and best practices in Bali is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
