Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation, verification, and filing of essential trade documentation (e.g., Bills of Lading, Invoices, Certificates of Origin).
- Coordinate with logistics partners and warehouse personnel to track shipment status and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data entry in internal trading systems and ERP software.
- Liaise between internal trading desks and external stakeholders to resolve operational discrepancies promptly.
- Support the trade settlement process by monitoring payment milestones and credit documentation.
- Assist in the generation of daily/weekly operational reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and industry regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative, logistics, or operations support (fresh graduates with a strong internship record are welcome to apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks under time-sensitive constraints.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional command of written and spoken English.
- A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and high data accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
