Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation, packaging, and distribution of catering products in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of catering services to clients
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management to prevent shortages or excess
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and storage facilities
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food handling, storage, and transportation
- Assist in loading and unloading catering supplies and equipment
- Support quality control checks to ensure products meet company and client specifications
- Provide administrative support, including documentation and reporting of operational activities
Qualifications
- Minimum O-Level or equivalent qualification; diploma in hospitality, culinary arts, or related fields is a plus
- Prior experience in catering, food service, or hospitality operations is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina to handle manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (certification is a plus)
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is beneficial
