Responsibility
- Provide administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations, including document management, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Assist with import compliance by verifying documentation, coordinating with customs, and ensuring adherence to regulations.
- Support credit control processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and client account reconciliation.
- Coordinate logistics activities, such as shipment tracking, vendor communications, and delivery scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all operational transactions and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare reports, track campaigns, and organize promotional materials.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational queries and streamline workflows.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient administrative solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative, operations, or logistics support roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data entry tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations, credit control, or logistics coordination is highly desirable.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
