Responsibility
- Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks, including document management, filing, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of company assets, including equipment, inventory, and supplies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement and distribution of office and operational resources.
- Support logistical arrangements for meetings, events, and travel as needed.
- Monitor and track asset utilization, reporting discrepancies or maintenance needs.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for administrative and asset-related activities.
- Provide general office support, including managing schedules, handling inquiries, and preparing reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative and asset management tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative support, office management, or asset coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic inventory management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles or asset tracking systems is a plus.
