Responsibility
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents to support executive decision-making.
- Coordinate and facilitate high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Oversee special projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and aligned with organizational goals.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Liaise with board members, senior management, and key partners to streamline operations and enhance collaboration.
- Monitor industry trends and provide strategic insights to the CEO to support informed business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives in a corporate or maritime industry setting.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
- Experience in a fast-paced, international environment is highly desirable.
