Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various internal divisions and sites, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members and management.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, documents, and filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve administrative queries.
- Monitor office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with payroll-related tasks.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with IFS (Industrial and Financial Systems) or similar ERP software is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
