Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient business operations.
- Provide executive support, including calendar management, email correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Handle data entry, document preparation, and file management with a high level of accuracy.
- Assist in project management by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
- Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
