Responsibility
- Process and manage purchase orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely procurement of goods and services.
- Handle invoice processing, including verification, approval routing, and payment coordination.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and resolve any operational issues.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to internal teams, including documentation, reporting, and scheduling.
- Monitor and track inventory levels (if applicable) and liaise with relevant departments to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval of operational documents.
- Assist in preparing operational reports and data analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations administration, procurement, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP or accounting software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and team coordination.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
