Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily operational administrative tasks, including cash flow tracking, expense reporting, and financial reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Prepare and submit periodic financial and operational reports to management with high attention to detail.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless documentation and data integrity across departments.
- Monitor and restock office supplies and operational resources to support uninterrupted business activities.
- Develop and implement efficient filing systems for physical and digital documents to enhance accessibility and organization.
- Assist in budget preparation and tracking, providing insights into cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
