Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all administrative and office support functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain office policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with company guidelines.
- Coordinate with HR, finance, and other departments to streamline workflows and improve inter-departmental communication.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to optimize cost efficiency and service quality.
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Handle confidential documents, records, and correspondence with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for senior management and teams.
- Monitor and report on office expenses, budgets, and resource allocation to support financial planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is highly desirable.
- Experience in budgeting, procurement, and vendor management.
- High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
