Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions, including office operations, HR, and finance.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, budgets, and reports.
- Coordinate and supervise HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and organizational standards.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including vendors, government agencies, and community partners.
- Lead and mentor administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Prepare and present regular reports on administrative activities to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative leadership role, preferably in a non-profit or religious organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, financial management, and office administration.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office software, including MS Office and financial management tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
