Responsibility
- Provide daily technical support for Operational Technology (OT) systems, including SCADA, PLC, and industrial networks.
- Monitor and troubleshoot OT infrastructure to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate OT systems with enterprise applications.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols for OT environments to protect against threats.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automation hardware and software.
- Document system configurations, changes, and incident reports for compliance and auditing.
- Assist in the deployment and testing of new OT solutions and upgrades.
- Train end-users and operational staff on OT system functionalities and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Operational Technology, industrial automation, or manufacturing IT support.
- Hands-on experience with SCADA systems (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Ignition) and PLC programming.
- Strong knowledge of industrial networks, protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, Profibus), and cybersecurity standards (IEC 62443).
- Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and ERP integrations is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work in Denpasar, Bali, with occasional travel to other sites as needed.
