Responsibility
- Supervise daily operations of distribution, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock movements, and implement best practices for storage and handling of building materials.
- Oversee the scheduling and dispatch of deliveries to ensure on-time and accurate distribution to customers.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with sales, procurement, and customer service teams to align operational activities with business goals and customer needs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workplace.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operational supervision, logistics, or warehouse management, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in inventory management systems, logistics software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
