Responsibility
- Oversee daily café operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by training, motivating, and leading the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and performance metrics.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Lagree fitness studio to streamline cross-promotional activities and shared customer experiences.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including sales, expenses, and profitability, to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality, café, or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of café operations, including POS systems, inventory control, and cost management.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and food hygiene standards (certification is advantageous).
