Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end procurement process for non-standard equipment, CAPEX, and specialized technical services.
- Execute strategic sourcing initiatives to identify and qualify high-performing vendors globally and locally.
- Negotiate complex contracts and commercial terms to achieve optimal pricing and service levels.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Production departments to translate technical specifications into procurement requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Analyze spend data and market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with corporate governance, ethical standards, and local regulations.
- Manage the transition from purchase requisition to final delivery, resolving any discrepancies in the supply chain.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or an Engineering field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operational procurement, specifically within the manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in procuring non-standard items and heavy machinery (CAPEX).
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of local Indonesian business customs is a plus.
