Responsibility
- Process and manage Intercompany AR and AP transactions accurately and efficiently in SAP.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of intercompany accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely transaction settlements.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to intercompany activities.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of financial processes and SAP workflows.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities for intercompany accounts.
- Liaise with global finance teams to align on intercompany transaction standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or intercompany transactions.
- Proficient in SAP FI/CO modules (preferably with hands-on experience).
- Strong understanding of AR, AP, and reconciliation processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Experience in global logistics or multinational corporations is a plus.
