Responsibility
- Direct and supervise teams to follow Moonshine work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular 5S audits to ensure workplace organization, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
- Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in all operational activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and propose solutions.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices for operational excellence and lean manufacturing principles.
- Maintain accurate documentation of audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Support the deployment of new technologies or methodologies to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, operational excellence, or process improvement roles.
- Strong knowledge of 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
- Experience conducting audits and implementing corrective actions in a production environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, safety protocols, and quality management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools is a plus.
