Responsibility
- Conduct regular operational audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform stock opname (inventory counts) and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with outlet managers to implement process enhancements and monitor their effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for retail operations.
- Train staff on best practices for inventory management, customer service, and compliance.
- Generate reports on audit findings, inventory trends, and operational performance metrics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize outlet productivity and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations, audit, or inventory management, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of retail compliance standards and inventory control best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
