Responsibility
- Provide personalized consultation to customers on furniture selection and space planning
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to drive sales conversions
- Assist with furniture assembly and in-store displays as needed
- Process transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Coordinate with delivery teams for customer installations
- Maintain showroom appearance and merchandise presentation standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Participate in product knowledge training and sales meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in furniture or home goods
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move furniture items (up to 20kg)
- Basic knowledge of interior design principles is a plus
- Fluent in English (additional languages advantageous)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
