Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure adherence to company standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales growth and minimize operational costs.
- Provide training and guidance to branch supervisors and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage inventory levels, supply chain flow, and merchandising layouts to maximize product availability.
- Conduct regular site visits to audit store hygiene, safety compliance, and visual merchandising standards.
- Develop and implement action plans to address operational bottlenecks and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate seamless administrative and logistics support.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or multi-site management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Selangor region to visit various outlets.
- Proven track record in driving operational efficiency and improving team productivity.
