Responsibility

  • Oversee daily reservation operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in bookings and event registrations.
  • Drive academy enrollment growth through targeted outreach, partnerships, and promotional strategies.
  • Upsell additional services and packages to maximize revenue while maintaining guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct daily reconciliation of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Enforce and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain high service standards.
  • Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in reservations, operations, or customer service within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in reservation management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
