Responsibility
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and directing calls.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
