Responsibility

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and directing calls.
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  • Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and team-building activities.

Qualifications
