Responsibility
- Manage and execute online sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Engage with customers via digital platforms (e.g., social media, email, live chat) to promote products and answer inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer needs.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in virtual training sessions and team meetings to enhance sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (online sales experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales effectively.
- Familiarity with digital sales tools, CRM software, and social media platforms.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
