Responsibility
- Develop and execute digital promotional campaigns to boost online sales performance.
- Monitor and analyze daily traffic and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage end-to-end product listings, ensuring accurate pricing, promotional assets, and compelling copy.
- Execute seasonal marketing calendars and flash sale events to drive aggressive growth.
- Engage with online customers to resolve queries and improve the overall digital customer experience.
- Prepare regular performance reports, analyzing sales data to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or online account management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, including CTR, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on persuasive sales copy and brand voice.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, or direct-to-consumer websites).
- High level of analytical proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
