Responsibility
- Provide real-time customer support via chat, email, and other digital platforms to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Conduct follow-ups with potential and existing customers to nurture relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in the sales closure process by guiding customers through product offerings and finalizing transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up schedules in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback to improve service quality and sales strategies.
- Stay updated on company products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance communication, sales, and digital engagement skills.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and digital communication tools (e.g., live chat, email).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a professional setting.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Bali for the duration of the internship.
