Responsibility
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and Russian-speaking clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, client feedback, and market trends.
- Resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development of account strategies.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Russian and English (written and verbal).
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a client-centric approach.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a call center or BPO environment is a plus.
