Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new employees, including documentation, compliance checks, and orientation scheduling.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for mobilized staff, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies.
- Liaise with HR, legal, and external vendors to verify work permits, visas, and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities, compliance documents, and employee data in internal systems.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in deployment and mobilization workflows.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders on onboarding progress, delays, or compliance risks.
- Assist in preparing onboarding materials, including contracts, handbooks, and training schedules.
- Monitor and report on key onboarding metrics, such as time-to-hire and compliance completion rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in onboarding, recruitment, or administrative roles, preferably in a multinational or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements for international deployments (e.g., visas, work permits).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, or similar onboarding software. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
