Responsibility
- Oversee daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure efficiency in healthcare service delivery.
- Coordinate with medical and non-medical staff to streamline workflows and improve patient care processes.
- Manage scheduling, documentation, and compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking for operational activities.

- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and best practices.
