Responsibility
- Coordinate administrative tasks for government-funded youth programmes, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Liaise with local authorities, schools, and NGOs to ensure smooth programme implementation.
- Manage budgets, logistics, and resources for youth workshops, mentorship sessions, and community events.
- Maintain accurate records of participant data, programme outcomes, and stakeholder communications.
- Assist in developing promotional materials and outreach strategies to engage youth participants.
- Monitor programme progress and prepare reports for government agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of youth programmes through feedback and data analysis.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Social Sciences, Education, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in government or NGO sectors.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data management tools.
- Experience in event coordination, budget tracking, or youth engagement is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
