Responsibility

  • Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including email correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation.
  • Provide on-site support for team meetings, events, and operational activities.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for team members and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Act as a liaison between remote teams and on-site operations to ensure seamless communication.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
  • Support HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
