Responsibility
- Manage and organize daily administrative tasks, including email correspondence, scheduling, and document preparation.
- Provide on-site support for team meetings, events, and operational activities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for team members and clients.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Act as a liaison between remote teams and on-site operations to ensure seamless communication.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
- Support HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and expense management is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate or work on-site in Bali.
