Responsibility
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and data entry.
- Coordinate office operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and documentation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Support HR functions, such as onboarding new employees and managing leave requests.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to facilitate efficient operations.
- Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
