Responsibility
- Coordinate and process service orders efficiently to meet customer and business deadlines.
- Manage logistics and shipments, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery.
- Prepare and handle quotations, invoices, and documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain organized records of transactions, communications, and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Monitor and follow up on pending orders, shipments, and customer requests.
- Assist in preparing reports and analyzing data to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
