Responsibility
- Assist in preparing and processing logistics documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms.
- Support the coordination of shipments, tracking deliveries, and updating internal systems with real-time data.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and resolve any operational issues.
- Help maintain organized records of inventory, shipments, and administrative files.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the logistics team.
- Contribute to data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all administrative processes.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to expand your knowledge of logistics operations.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic data entry skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Basic understanding of logistics or supply chain processes is advantageous but not required.
