Responsibility

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate logistics for equipment deliveries and service appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient operations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and inquiries.
  • Support the finance team with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or logistics roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of logistics software or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
