Responsibility

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the AU Account team, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
  • Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members and stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail, with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
  • Assist in the organization of company events, travel arrangements, and logistics for team members.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and documents.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a corporate or international setting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
