Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the AU Account team, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members and stakeholders.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
- Assist in the organization of company events, travel arrangements, and logistics for team members.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and documents.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a corporate or international setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
