Responsibility
- Conduct on-site sales of Telkom DBT products in assigned areas across Bali.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase product demand and customer engagement.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in digital or telecommunication products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
