As part of our team, you’ll assist in food preparation, kitchen maintenance, and event setup, ensuring seamless operations during peak service times. Ideal for energetic individuals with a passion for hospitality, this position provides flexible on-call scheduling while working in some of Bali’s most prestigious venues in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, or Kuta.

Responsibility
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation, including chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas, adhering to food safety standards.
- Support event setup and breakdown, including transporting equipment and supplies.
- Wash, peel, and store vegetables, meats, and other ingredients as directed.
- Operate kitchen equipment (e.g., mixers, slicers) under supervision.
- Restock kitchen supplies and assist with inventory management.
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in food presentation.
- Respond to on-call requests promptly for events and high-demand periods.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations (training provided for beginners).
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail in food handling and hygiene practices.
- Willingness to travel to various event locations in Bali.
- Positive attitude and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
