Responsibility
- Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management, correspondence, and client communications.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for legal teams and senior partners.
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance to ensure a productive work environment.
- Handle confidential documents, case files, and legal records with the utmost discretion and organization.
- Assist in preparing legal documents, contracts, and court filings under the guidance of attorneys.
- Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients, courts, and government agencies.
- Monitor budgets, track expenses, and process invoices or payments as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in office management, administration, or a similar role, preferably in a legal or corporate setting.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and document preparation is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
