Responsibility
- Oversee and streamline day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow and office efficiency.
- Manage financial processes, including budgeting, payroll, invoicing, and expense tracking, with meticulous accuracy.
- Develop and implement internal control policies to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Lead and mentor administrative staff, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
- Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and stakeholders to maintain strong business relationships.
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Optimize office systems and procedures to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with tax obligations, audits, and other legal requirements in Indonesia.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA certification is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office management, with at least 3 years in a financial or accounting leadership role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and labor regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international setting is highly desirable.
