Responsibility

  • Oversee and streamline day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow and office efficiency.
  • Manage financial processes, including budgeting, payroll, invoicing, and expense tracking, with meticulous accuracy.
  • Develop and implement internal control policies to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Lead and mentor administrative staff, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and stakeholders to maintain strong business relationships.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Optimize office systems and procedures to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with tax obligations, audits, and other legal requirements in Indonesia.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA certification is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in office management, with at least 3 years in a financial or accounting leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and labor regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience working in a multicultural or international setting is highly desirable.
