Responsibility
- Oversee daily office operations, including reception duties, mail handling, and visitor management to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
- Coordinate facilities maintenance, vendor contracts, and office supply procurement to optimize workspace functionality.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, meeting room bookings, and travel arrangements for staff and executives.
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Liaise with IT, HR, and finance teams to resolve operational issues and streamline cross-departmental communication.
- Monitor office budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports to ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
- Organize company events, team-building activities, and client meetings, ensuring seamless execution from planning to follow-up.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and databases with meticulous attention to detail and compliance with data protection policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in office administration, facilities coordination, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
