Responsibility
- Generate and issue sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and manage accounts receivable to ensure prompt payments.
- Prepare and analyze monthly revenue reports for management review.
- Record and reconcile daily cash transactions with precision.
- Maintain organized financial archives and documentation for audit purposes.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and report on overdue payments.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and supporting month-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data flow.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Experience with invoice management and accounts receivable is a plus.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
