Responsibility
- Prepare, review, and process company transaction documents with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain and organize physical and digital document filing systems for easy retrieval
- Ensure all documents comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with various departments to collect, verify, and process necessary documentation
- Implement and improve document control procedures to enhance operational efficiency
- Generate regular reports on document processing metrics and status updates
- Assist in audits by providing accurate and complete documentation as required
- Train staff on proper document handling and management procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in documentation, records management, or administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote/hybrid environment
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial documents is a plus
- Knowledge of Indonesian business regulations and documentation requirements is advantageous
