Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial documentation, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate and oversee farm data management, including inventory tracking, production records, and operational metrics, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Facilitate smooth communication and coordination between farm operations, administrative teams, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient workflows.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on farm performance, financial status, and administrative activities to management for review and strategic planning.
- Assist in the planning and execution of farm-related events, meetings, and training sessions, including logistics, scheduling, and documentation.
- Ensure the office environment is well-organized, supplies are stocked, and equipment is maintained to support daily operations.
- Support HR functions, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with payroll processing as needed.
- Implement and maintain digital filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and data, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration, farm operations, or a similar role, preferably in the agricultural sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data management software or ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial documentation and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with agricultural operations or a willingness to learn about farm management practices is a plus.
