Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including correspondence, filing, and supply inventory.
- Assist with HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- Handle payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and government agencies as needed.
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain a positive and organized work environment conducive to productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, HR support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance (a plus).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
