Responsibility
- Process and record daily cash transactions, including payments, receipts, and petty cash disbursements with precision.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Reconcile cash registers and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review.
- Handle customer and vendor inquiries related to payments, invoices, and financial discrepancies professionally.
- Assist in payroll processing, including salary disbursements and related documentation.
- Monitor and manage office expense budgets, tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure seamless financial operations and timely month-end closings.
- Uphold confidentiality and security of all financial data and sensitive company information.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in a cashier, accounting, or administrative role, preferably in an office environment.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and basic accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- High integrity and ethical standards in handling financial transactions.
- Familiarity with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Indonesian labor regulations is a plus.
