Responsibility

  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Assist with daily office tasks, including filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Support staff with administrative duties, such as preparing meeting rooms and arranging office supplies.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and supplies as needed.
  • Assist in setting up and organizing company events, meetings, and workshops.
  • Ensure office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.) is functional and report any issues promptly.
  • Perform errands such as banking, post office visits, and other external tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an office support or administrative role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
